Compensated In-Process OD Grinding Gage
An operator friendly, temperature compensated gaging system for in-process OD
grinding. Combines Albion’s proven temperature compensated gaging amplifier with
in-process gaging systems.
Now you can grind directly to final size.
System
will output correction required to compensate for thermal effects, eliminating growth caused by temperature.
Corrected dimensions will be those which would be obtained if workpiece and gaging system were constantly at a controlled
68°F/20°C. There’s no need to control temperatures or wait for parts to
stabilize!
